How the Dry-Hire Process Works

We Plan the Bar Together
We discuss your guest count, event schedule, drink preferences and selected service package. We then create a personalized alcohol shopping list with recommended bottles and quantities, so you do not have to guess how much to purchase.

You Purchase the Alcohol
You purchase the beer, wine, spirits and champagne directly from a licensed retailer. The alcohol remains your property throughout the event. Kindred Spirits does not purchase it, resell it or add a markup to it.

We Set Up and Serve
We arrive ready to transform your supplies into a professionally operated bar. Depending on your package, we may bring:
- Our portable mobile bar
- Mixers, juices and sodas
- Ice and cold-storage equipment
- Cups, napkins, straws and stirrers
- Fresh citrus and standard garnishes
- Custom cocktail ingredients
- Printed bar menus

Our Story
About us
Kindred Spirits was born from a lifelong friendship and a shared passion for genuine hospitality. While Nikko and Warner first met as kids, it wasn't until college, when they became roommates, that their love for craft beverages truly took shape. Countless nights spent hosting friends, experimenting with cocktails, exploring new beers and wines, and celebrating life's milestones taught us that a great drink is about far more than what's in the glass—it's about creating moments people remember.
Though we each bring our own passions to the bar, we share the same appreciation for craftsmanship and the stories behind every pour. Nikko is our spirits enthusiast, especially when it comes to whiskey, always researching classic cocktails, historic distilleries, and the traditions that give every bottle its character. Warner's passion began much earlier, growing up alongside his father as he homebrewed beer. That experience sparked a lifelong appreciation for the creativity, craftsmanship, and science behind beer and wine.
Together, they create drinks that are as beautiful as they are delicious, believing every event deserves more than just a bartender; it deserves an experience.
